REFUNDS AND RETURNS

At VYVE ACTIVE we want all customers to be 100% satisfied! If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we provide you with the return through a simple and free process:

RETURN POLICY

To meet the return conditions, the product must be:

  • Returned within 14 days.
  • It must be found in the same condition in which you received it.
  • Not be used and have your purchase tags.

HOW TO MAKE THE RETURN?

To make a return online, send us an e-mail to ventas@vyveactive.com with the following information:

  • Name
  • Purchase Order Number
  • Name and SKU of product(s) to be returned
  • Photo of product(s) attached

If the product meets all the specifications mentioned above, we will approve your return and send you the return shipping guide via e-mail.

Upon receiving your return guide, you must follow these steps:

  • Package the product in a box or bag.
  • Place the return guide we provide you outside the box in a visible space.
  • Take the package to the nearest site of your return shipping guide or call the shipping site to ask for pick up. As soon as your return package arrives to us and we approve that it complies with the previously mentioned conditions, we will apply VYVE REWARDS points in your account.


These points do not expire and you can use them to make a new purchase whenever you want. As soon as we send you the return guide to your e-mail, you will have 3 days to take the package or request the collection. Otherwise, the guide will be automatically canceled and you will have to pay the cost of the next guide if you wish to continue making the return.  

REFUNDS

If all the conditions and steps mentioned above are met, VYVE ACTIVE will reimburse the user through VYVE REWARDS points. The cost of the product will be reimbursed to the customer, less the costs of the first shipment that will be covered by the customer. VYVE ACTIVE will cover return shipping costs. Of course, if the product shipped is defective or incorrect, VYVE ACTIVE will also reimburse the costs of the first shipment. The only condition is that these defects are detected by the VYVE ACTIVE quality team when it arrives at our warehouses.

CHANGES

If you need a change in your order by size, color or a different product, we are happy to help you. The simplest and fastest way is to make a return for the product you want to change and place a new order for your new products.
